once our fixed price cost has been established, we firmly believe that stage meetings are essential to any project. all stage meetings are duly documented in the form of an action report, which is copied to all persons involved.

upon our design being signed off, we undertake approval via organisers and local authorities on our clients behalf. upon approval we control the entire project, and complete items such as structural calculations for complicated projects and method and risk analysis statements for all projects. this is just a small part of our value added service and is included in our contract cost.
